🧵This is a master thread for all of my other big threads! I had fun with the Gintama one and I felt it helped me enjoy the show even more than I would have otherwise. Continuing this trend, my next thread will be for Monogatari. I feel doing this now will help me fully commit! ALL THREADS BELOW! 👇
This is my favorite Monogatari opening so far, it has a very melancholic feel that hits me right in the heart. A shame it's only for 4 episodes (I assume)

The Studio Key art style evokes so much nostalgia for an era I barely experienced, I love it. Almost makes me want to watch the older Key/KyoAni shows, the only one I've seen is Clannad, I believe?

I've officially decided to continue my watch through of Monogatari! I just did a brief recap and remembered how peak episode 12 of Bake is, if this series has more episodes like that then it will be worth the time investment. I'm excited to continue my thread!

Okay now that I've officially completed MHA, I have to ask. What was with the Deku McDonald's jokes?? I remember when the Manga ended that was a big joke, and even now I see people saying it. Was there something left out of the anime?

I watched the first two episodes of Pluribus today with a friend, and it’s such an interesting watch! I’ll admit my main motivation for watching the show was Rhea Seehorn (she killed it, as expected), but I didn’t expect the plot to be anything like it is. I’m looking forward to watching more!

I find myself rediscovering my love for certain stories seemingly at random quite often. How could I forget how much I love Re:Zero? That show is amazing! Yet I still found my feelings towards it faded into the back of my mind.

I think I'm up to the epilogue of MHA now and I have a few thoughts.. mostly about AFO. I DONT CARE FOR HIM! HE RUINED MUCH MORE INTERESTING CHARACTERS IN SHIGARAKI AND SPINNER AND MUDDIED THE FINALE. I still enjoyed my time with the series, but some of these character choices disappointed me.

Randomly read the last 5 volumes of Chainsaw man part 1, I completely forgot it ended like that and it caught me off guard so bad. I love Denji, Power, and Aki so much, part 1 is so uniquely endearing at times.

I've been chipping away at a Chainsaw Man reread and I'm currently on Vol. 7! Watching the movie and finally having all of part 1 physically is what made me start, I saw there was a sale during Black Friday and decided to finish up all of the part 2 english volumes! I now own every volume available!

It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Side note - AFO keeps making engaging antagonists significantly more dull and it's starting to annoy me. It's interesting to think about how he staged an uprising and installed Spinner as the head, but I miss Shigaraki and normal Spinner would be far better

I'll admit I thought this opening was good but overrated long before I ever watched the show, but this season is so amazing and Courtesan of a nation conclusion made me change my mind so fast! I love the tone of this opening, one of the best in the series for sure!

I'll admit I thought this opening was good but overrated long before I ever watched the show, but this season is so amazing and Courtesan of a nation conclusion made me change my mind so fast! I love the tone of this opening, one of the best in the series for sure!
