Is there a muscle/size requirement to become a Trainee/Intern? And do said trainee get also roughed up? Not even asking for a friend. For me. Just me :p

It's easy to hide if you want and if you don't like it and remove it in the first year it tends to close pretty easily if you haven't stretched it too much. I'd say go for it
