They suck with that. After your renewal, they might change it in some places, maybe. But whoever your ohp is through, you have a better chance of changing it through them if that helps. Could also try calling healthshare (if u have them) and asking them about it

With health insurance, I just kept calling kaiser over and over until they did something. Eventually they changed it well enough they don't even have my deadname saved ANYWHERE. OHP has both in different places at this point, and are useless to complain to tbh
