Here's one of the O.V.E.R. stickers in the wild, with a little addition by myself using a classic DYMO label maker. All stuck to the side of an old Windows PC tower.

My 1985 Ford Capri had moss growing inside the rear light clusters. Not even an old toothbrush or cotton bud could reach into the smallest spaces to get it out. A quick cycle in the top basket of the dishwasher and it was as good as new.

I bought a catering-grade cling film dispenser with an integrated cutter about 7 years ago - no regrets. The refills last about 12-18 months. I also got a second one for aluminium foil.

Adults don't "grow out of" childhood ADHD, they just get better at masking to fit in with society's expectations, and often keep their struggles private, along with the stress and anxiety caused by doing so.

I'm a singer-songwriter and I did make a decent living from music back in the day before I took up a steady job as a bus driver.

Some of my best songs were composed behind the wheel of a 746.

Not being able to write stuff down means that only the most memorable bits survive to the final version.

I was towing a caravan with my Ford Capri on a dual carriageway when a HGV overtook, and the air current caused it to start snaking. Almost ended up going down an embankment. Luckily I managed to get it under control, and from that point on I only used single carriageway back roads when towing it.

"The Two Ronnies" was a collaboration between Ronnie Barker and Ronnie Corbett. A kind of comedy sketch show formatted for television. Barker also wrote and starred in sitcoms such as "Porridge" about prison life and "Open All Hours" about a shopkeeper.

In many cases, people travelling 5 days (or more) per week, or making more than two bus journeys per day, can save money by purchasing a day ticket, or a weekly / 4-weekly / monthly unlimited ticket using a smart card or the bus operator's smartphone app.

I have always liked the idea of having an orchestral Leitmotif, like a character in a stage musical. The tempo and instrumentation could change in real time to reflect current events.

Only in Gloucester have I seen circus flyers pasted onto an abandoned refrigerator down an alley.

Or a bloke throwing a traffic cone on top of a bus shelter after his Staffie had chewed holes in it.

Or a man neck a 2 litre bottle of cider in one because I wouldn't let him bring it on the bus.
