From HHS restructuring plan, 3/27/25. Sounds like a big chill, newly created Asst Sec of ENFORCEMENT to oversee HHS Office of Civil Rights and Office of Medicare Hearings and Appeals. Sure they won't touch Medicare they said. Just increasing regulatory burden on it. And civil rights too.

Think no. 3 has been followed across all agencies? And have they given each employee enough time to assess their retirement options (9)? Probably doesn't matter if you sign a contract waiving all of your rights (including union rights) even if signed under duress.
