Who needs oxygen when you could have views like this?

Last course! Caramel layered in a tortilla with bone marrow, and an extra añejo tequila which was all excellent. Definitely recommend this place. Our server joined us for a tequila tasting after our final course too

Desert! Marquesita (something like cannoli), and two kinds of cactus fruit sorbet with various flowers, and a decaf café latte!

Second, third, and fourth courses. Everything is amazing. Tlayuda with tuna and queso de Chiapas, delicious toast with a mix of fresh citrus and local foraged veggie flavors, and an outstanding taco with mole blanco

This is an incredibly clean and well organized kitchen. Most of the space isn’t even getting used and everybody is super efficient. But the night is young so I guess we will see how it evolves!

Actual first course! Ceviche lurking below the “leche del tigre”—Peruvian seafood sauce, with cilantro and guajillo chile oil. Gorgeous presentation and layered rich briny flavors, paired with a refreshing French brut champagne

First course—botanas

At Restaurante Alcalde—with an amazing view into the kitchen. Should be fun!
