I had a very similar experience. Honestly, being diagnosed with OCD was one of the best moments of my adult life. So liberating to know I'm not "crazy," and there's a name for what I'm going through. Sending you positive vibes :)

This is advice I can get behind! Sometimes I feel like I'm giving up, though. I'm stubborn. But I think you're right: the benefits of a break are probably a good thing.
