In the 'Best Start in Life' strategy, we hope to see ringfenced support for babies, children and young people - and their parents - affected by domestic abuse.

We especially commend the report’s inclusion of babies, the recognition of the profound impact of domestic abuse during #pregnancy and in the earliest years of life, and the call for increased intervention in pregnancy, acknowledged as a high-risk time for domestic abuse.
