About a month, if I remember correctly

I tried to make a holy trainer my first long-term cage, but didn't understand how important it would be to remove it daily for cleaning. Ended up with a skin infection that prevented me from locking up for a month, along with some pretty bad discomfort for a while. Lesson learned - hygiene is king!

6 months, plus or minus a few days

I lean heavily DL, myself, but there’s definitely plenty about the AB side of things that tickles the same subby kinky feelings in me as diapers do generally - even though I don’t really feel the desire for most of the performance.

I think it’s fair to say that comfort, care, and security are all integral to submission (whether the ab kind or otherwise!). Letting go of control means letting go of the responsibility for control. That’s its own kind of freedom, security, and requires being cared for by your dominant partner.

Oh heck that recovery is one of the most painful things I’ve experienced. Wishing you swift healing and many popsicles!

The most supportive for just about any activity!

A lot of the advice I've seen online is to take the flaccid length (not curving along, just parallel to) from base to tip, then subtract 1/4 inch. You want to fill the cage flaccid so you can't grow much when you get aroused, but you don't want to be so compressed that it causes irritation.
