Growing up a diehard White Sox fan, even I could appreciate greatness in a Cubs uniform. It's impossible to describe how important WGN (and WTBS) were to young kids in the 1980s nowadays. To Gen X'ers like me, we are losing someone in the sports/pop culture realm seemingly every day now. #RIP
