Here's some observations I made from that Young Lions vs Tanjong Pagar United match I watched:
1. More GK long passing to the offensive line which led to the first goal > Zerak>Spence on the right> cutback to Abner
2. The wingbacks overlapped Abner and Spence
3. Mendonca receives more fouls!

Here's some observations I made from that Young Lions vs Tanjong Pagar United match I watched:
1. More GK long passing to the offensive line which led to the first goal > Zerak>Spence on the right> cutback to Abner
2. The wingbacks overlapped Abner and Spence
3. Mendonca receives more fouls!

4. Young Lions seemed most effective on the right side
5. In the 2nd half players from both teams were injured. Seemed like cramps or other discomfort.

1. GK connected with striker/wingers using long passes

Watched my first Singapore Premier League match on 10/12/25!Young Lions vs Balestier Khalsa. First match for Young Lions. From Mendonca getting fouled over 10 times to the Elijah Lim winner to players like Abner/Aw injecting urgency when subbed in for Lions, I took it all in. Can't wait to see more!

Watched my first Singapore Premier League match on 10/12/25!Young Lions vs Balestier Khalsa. First match for Young Lions. From Mendonca getting fouled over 10 times to the Elijah Lim winner to players like Abner/Aw injecting urgency when subbed in for Lions, I took it all in. Can't wait to see more!
