Little question: why has this slap on the wrist to the Russians taken so long? When Britain was at war with Germany in WWII were the Nazis allowed into London for a little R&R and to visit their mansions in Mayfair ?

OPINION: If you celebrated, contextualized, rationalized, explained and/or justified the Israeli government’s violence against innocent Gazans (I’m looking at you, RNS) you too, have blood on your hands. Or are only Israelis deserving of life and empathy? Your answer is clear, and very sad.

Do you really need your faith to tell you to “welcome the stranger”? What if it did not? Shouldn’t your own humanity tell you as much? I worry about people of faith giving up their agency as individuals and looking to religion to tell them what should be obvious. Anyway, good luck with the suing.
