The stooshie surrounding the looming resident doctors' strikes is a problem for the NHS in England only, Scotland, Wales and NI are unaffected. I wish broadcasters would make this distinction clear.

Black cherry compote, blackcurrants and raspberries. Sweet barley sugar and dark chocolate. A few drops of water release gentle floral notes and a touch of liquorice and mint. Lingering cinnamon spice and orange zest finish. Fantastic.
