I’ve sometimes had to, to do some of the old “weaken mob and capture” quests from ARR now that all my combat classes are 100 and everything would one shot the mobs.

SE continues to choose the most awkward wording there, Reaper got buffed I think, not nerfed? “Reduction in potency 40% -> 20%”, i.e. those AoE skills do 20% less potency to the non-main targets instead of 40% less.
