Common Side Effects is fucking phenomenal. The mystery of the mushroom everyone's relationship to it and the system of drug regulation is so well crafted and complex. The relationships between characters like Marshall and Frances or Copano and Harrington is gold. They also got Renewed for Season 2!!

Promise Mascot Agency is exactly what I expected from the developer of Paradise Killer. A lovely setting to explore with immaculate style, Showa aesthetics, off-kilter Yakuza drama straight out of a Miike film, all wrapped up in this open world Mascot management game.

Speaking of 'Young Love', Roy and Donna may be rekindling an old flame. I liked their dynamic in Devin Grayson's run, co-parenting a younger Lian. Roy finally has his daughter back so I hope we see more of her soon. Question is, is this Raven's powers or truly hidden feelings re-surfacing?

We even get a update on Bumblebee. She's got a techy redesign I dig. I also love the brief update on Mal Duncan/Herald and their kid. Bumblebee and Mal are like THE longest running black couple in comics so I'm glad they're still together. Hope they can be incorporated in future stories.

Layman is also amazing at making sure every character is participating. Everyone gets to comment or have an opinion on something. In looks, plot, or just panel by panel, no one remains static in the narrative or art.

Beast Boy and Raven go on a date and she's expressing her guilt from her out of control empathic abilities. Loving the different outfits and hairstyles Woods has been doing for everyone. Starfire really gets to experiment with different looks and it's always a joy to see her next hairstyle.

Finally got to reading Titans #20. It's a really fun Valentine's issue. The cover is amazing!

Colors of Superman were just so amazing. Nightwing #119 was super slick too. I loved Taylor and Redondo's work but in case anyone didn't the tone for the new book is a tad moodier gives Dick more of an edge but still has that lighthearted tone in his banter. Watters has a perfect voice for him.

It also implies a very fascinating story involving Doomsday! Who's struggled to have any actual interesting use after his initial appearance. It's cool to see the colors and art to tweak itself to evoke the time period and mood as well.

Superman was such a burst of fun. Playing with seeds that have been set up in prior issues, while also giving an update on Amnesiac Lex, Supercorp, Perry Whites Campaign, etc. One of the key features is after Absolute Power when heroes got their powers back, other powers found new owners.
