Motonobu Udon is one of our fav spots in Vancouver. Having tried a few dishes, the one with burdock tempura, seaweed, and an added tempura egg is my fav. That tempura egg is perfectly runny. #yvr #yvrfood #vancouver

The new DOPO opened in Marda Loop #YYC by the same owner as DOP. My favs were:
• Squash & prosciutto with brown butter vino cotto sauce
• Anolini pasta stuffed with potato and chard
• Ragu bianca lasagna with truffle bechamel and shaved truffles
