A wonderful grilled fish and sashimi lunch the other day. The fish was grilled perfectly, and the oily meat from the fish was amazing to mix with the white rice.

콩국수 (Kong-guksu) is a cold noodle soup in a creamy soy milk broth. Is widely available in the summer and is great for the hot days!
