Got a bunch of CSA veggies, so I roasted as many of them as I could and made sauces out of the greens

- Carrot greens "pesto," mixed with mayo for a... pesto mayo. Delicious
- Potato and kohlrabi steak fries
- Separately, roasted gochujang carrots, cabbage, and golden beets

A delicious ragu, made with moose sausage that I unexpectedly received as a gift. I didn't taste any of the gameyness I'd expect from moose, maybe because of the added fat and the acidity of the tomatoes?

Eggplant katsu, with tonkatsu sauce. Dredged in a buckwheat flour mix, gluten-free breadcrumbs, and fried in algae oil. Garnished with cilantro. Delicious!

Despite forgetting to oil the pan and having a rough cleanup of the eggs, it was a great breakfast

Salt and pepper chicken, gochujang cabbage, torn kale, and scrambled eggs.

Roasted carrots over greek yogurt and a sort-of green salsa made with shallots, garlic chives, fish sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Pan-fried chicken on the side

Not super pretty, but good!

A recent go-to for using up a whole head of cabbage: roasted gochujang cabbage, with scallions, and sometimes crushed peanuts

This time, with *red* cabbage, which was subtly different, and prettier
