TL:DR - the superiority finding is just reflective of flawed biased design choices and one should question even non-inferiority in certain cases.

Was there any imbalance in groups between starting MMF and continuing MMF. I could not find it anywhere in paper or supplement.

It’s gotta be taught not by PhDs (no offense) but engaged clinicians who constantly relate the stats to patient care.
