Cinnamon worked again
And with pipewire installed the soundcard was recognizable. And steam proton to the rescue for the control software. #linuxmint #steam #proton #foss

I could initially only see the card as an output and not input. But jackD could see it. So I figured maybe pipewire would work instead pulseaudio. This is when I nuked my windowmanager by mistake. When uninstalling pulseaudio some cinnamon dependencies apparently got removed.

First of all, that’s really cool and visually interesting. Secondly, how does the manufacturing process for that look? Do you have like a vector image like .svg that’s separated into indexed segments and each piece is engraved separately, is it engraved as one piece on a ginormous and then cut?

That wall looks playful and very inviting to touch. Is there any finish on it or just plain wood?
