Okada and Darby were right there. Darby’s booking trajectory looked to be going straight for the world title, and he deserved a shot after everything he has done. beat Mox in the main event of a PPV. Fans would’ve been pumped for a hanger Darby match

I think fans would have been more accepting if hangman actually beat some prominent people in this reign.
There was mjf who wasn’t at his best, but that was fine. Then Fletcher who isn’t established yet, and Joe who should be nowhere near the title

I don’t really like excuse of lack of challengers from TK. Why couldn’t he put Darby or Okada in a program against hangman? He could have lost to one of them, or beaten Darby and lost to Okada or vice versa

I think the first hanger run was underrated. The problem was that his reign took a backseat to other things, but from workrate alone his matches were incredible. Also lets forget how he lost it

Yep..a lot of the time I think that it only requires a few tweaks from making the product truly special again. Aew has everything a promotion needs, and arguably the best roster assembled ever. I think the creative needs to do that roster some justice

Agree on the reboot. How about the booking? I like how they have positioned the big stars it’s just a shame most of them are injured. I like the direction of the tag and women division, but not really feeling the men’s midcard titles and world title recently(Fletcher, Joe feuds)

Slow burn for Caster, his character work is insanely good. As long as TK has him in his plans for the future.
