The council didn't care. They were just pushing their jobs onto volunteers like me. They didn't care that they were forcing people to give out sensitive information to a random volunteer. As long as they didn't have to deal with any of it

If I had been a bad actor, I would have had access to so much senstive information that I could of used. Forcing people to use a system, especially a technology based one, does not make them suddenly able to do these things. It makes them more vulnerable
