I had never seen an eagle before visiting Norway either, though they seem to appear more often in certain regions in Germany as well. Next year I want to check out some of these regions. :) Raptorial birds are some of my favourites!

Thank you very much! It was soooo exciting because I literally saw this eagle land on the other side of the fjord when I was exiting my car. Hadn't I looked there that very second, I would have missed it. Then I went around the fjord and found not just one but two eagles sitting there. <3
