Grew up in the country .. there was usually a spider in each upper corner of the shower .. we had an agreement .. I didn't bother them and they didn't bother me.

We're boomers, so yeah still have an alarm clock on the headboard. We use both just in case we mis-set one or the electricity goes out (yeah that still happens too).

I really do wish people would stop saying Trump/Musk rigged the election, it just makes the sane people seem as petty and gullible as the MAGA group.

That is amazing .. unfortunately we live near Binghamton NY which is one of the cloudiest place in the US (google it, it's true) .. so even when the auroras make their way this far south, we're more than likely to have cloud cover.
We did manage to see some colors one evening, so this is appreciated
