People that are reactive rather than proactive about it. They are great at finding/fixing bugs when being asked to do so, but don’t do it proactively while assigned to other tasks.

(Which can be due to a myriad of reasons, like messy processes / bad management.)

Does the gem depend on pry or pry-rails? Because pry-rails is the one that swaps the console to use pry by default: github.com/pry/pry-rails
