Dusted off the dumbbells... Went back to 5kgs only to see how my elbow was holding up, so slooooooow and controlled movements. It did ok but had a couple of little twinges. The amount of muscle ache I have today is ridiculous considering! #fitness #fighter #workout

Against the white clouds illuminated by distant sunlight, this bare tree had changed into some fascinating, otherworldly statue of imposing stillness, putting its arms around me like a warm blanket.
