My friend started learning pottery last year, and has created some beautiful mugs and pots!

So, all of the chaos this admin caused me to finally pull the trigger on relearning how to knit, and here is my first ever finished project! I’m so proud of myself! And truly doing something creative with my hands has been so healing. I would def recommend everyone take up something creative! :D

TFW you go get a routine checkup and labs & your hemoglobin is so low they refuse to let you leave and admit you to the hospital lol. But seriously, this isn’t the greatest timing but I’m fine, and some transfusions and pain relief will do the body good. If only someone could write my finals for me!

My sister just got nominated for a James Beard Award for Best Chef New York region!!!! I am so proud of her! She’s always been the best and I’m glad other people see it too!!! Congratulations Aretah!!!
