To help myself remember, I changed the settings on my bluesky app to prompt me to add alt text whenever I attempt to post a pic, video, or gift. On my android app, it was located under "settings---->accessability" and there is toggle to require alt text before posting. #UglyDogs

Hi, friends! I'd like to encourage everyone to try and make viewing posts on our corner of Bluesky as inclusive as possible. Some people use screen readers, so adding "alt text" descriptions of pictures and videos you share makes them more accessible. Example on the pic below. #UglyDogs

Waller was once known as Colbitsy, because as a puppy he looked a lot like retired Bravermountain fren Colbert. During Blair's Iditarod run in 2019, Colbert famously broke into her sled bag and ate 15 lbs of frozen chicken skins. This pic was taken right after.
