SMART trial try to adress that question by measuring GFR with iohexol, but only for 24w, where no differences were observed between groups in FLOW trial. A longer follow-up with GFR measurements will answer that question. #nephsky

I don’t like how the results of the trial have been expressed. Probably the best figure is number 3. I think we have to focus on patients other than 5 and 9 to understand whats happening with potassium.
