Pretty much every major newspaper or fan media has a premium section or a patreon. Some main stream media outlets don't let you read anything without subscriptions.

You can still find good, free media - my current favourites are The Guardian and @BTLvid. Substack remains free for some, for a few, but these accounts seem to swim against the tide.
