Won Vanarama South with beautiful Chelmsford. One of the largest cities in England without a team in the EFL! Playing 4-2-3-1 mostly positive mentality. I noticed quite a big difference using positive mentality and kind of controlling the games with 4-2-3-1 compared to balanced mentality. #fm24

Playoff-final infront of 37000 on Wembley och we did it! Sweet feeling because its tough to get promoted from Vanarama National with only 1+1 promotion spots 🥳 #fm24 #footballmanager

Second season with Wealdstone FC. Gateshead too good but we are ready for playoffs, barely ahead of Scunthorpe on more goals done :) #fm24

Hemel Hampsted won their last seven games. I was really afraid that we were gonna lose the top spot and direct qualification. The Vanarama qualification can be a hell. A relief we dont have to do that! #fm24

The board says Roots Hall is old and high maintenance so they look to build a brand new stadium! Would be a shame tho if it will have less than the current 12k seats.

Southend also wins the FA Trophy and a double after 4-1 vs York at Wembley! 🥳🏆 Very happy to get the FA Trophy in the price cabinet as we cant win it in the EFL #fm24 #footballmanager

Took over Southend United F.C. in 2024 after they got "AI" relegated to Vanarama South. First season and won Vanarama South as favourites =) The goal is the achievement bottom division -> top division :)
