A BBC Panorama doc featuring reporter Hazel Martin & I is being broadcast on Monday looking at the binge drinking phenomenon of the 2000s & its health impact on young women like her.

What an absolute joy, filming a BBC Panorama doc on women’s drinking with the ✨FAB✨ all-female Rogan Production film crew, director & presenter.
Dug deep into my 1990s/2000s research on binge drinking & the NTE with Hazel Martin, reflecting on her experiences.

MDMA-related deaths in the UK increased from 51 in 2022 to 79 in 2023, the 3rd highest rate on record (ONS 24).
These were mostly young people not knowing the strength of what they took, utterly avoidable with rapid & accurate testing & messaging on MDMA strength & dosage.
