Survey ipretty useless as suffers from central tendency. Even number of choices to force people not to sit on the fence. Difficult to analyse results because. Whoever is paying either wants central tendency or being ripped off by MR muppets who don't know what they are doing at a very basic level.

Well, yeah, too many Airbnb's. However most are owned and run by locals so the tax on foreigners will do nothing. And it will tank real estate prices outside of tourist hot spots.
Personally, I'll be targeting brutal industrial towns with great tapas for my next trip.
