Why do you think no PM has had the courage to publish the Russia report. How to explain the govt acted on a referendum that they knew had been subjected to foreign interference which just managed pushed the leave vote over the line.

Mine’s next to another similar sized fuschia which flowers beautifully and a hardy salvia and quite shady to try to help mitigate the dry conditions

I’ve got the same one and it’s always struggled in my dry chalky corner of the U.K. This year it’s grown well and has had more flowers than ever before as it’s never been dry this summer!
