I dig dismantling (aka "tearing down") & refurbishing gear. These projectors work hard to beam inages for us, so the least we can do is keep them dialed in. When pulling devices apart, I keep a chronological list of fasteners so that the rebuild goes smoothly. Geek out or go home.

Numbers.

Just added honey to a 20L carboy. Most of the sugar in honey is fermentable, so adding it to the fermentation should kick up the ABV while adding sweetness. It's a high-gravity Belgian with a single hop (Taurus 17.3% AA) so the bitterness should balance out the honey. Curious how it will turn out!
