Got my 360 assessment results and they are decent. Very appreciative to receive honest feedback from those around me. Lots to consider and think about. One interesting data point is that my boss gave me far lower scores than the avg, which confirms that my boss is a big hater. 😬

Decided to myself to step down as an EBRG chair in the fall once I hit two years. Answered the call from a very senior exec and will finish my term, but it is no longer needed for me to complete my mission. 👁️

At 6:40ish, coworker approaches to provide feedback and says, “I have a complete vision of how this should go.” Sir, bye. You been envisioning this for 500+ days. ✌🏾
