I read that honey can help your starter. So, Guinevere (my g/f starter) got a tsp of Honey yesterday during her feed. She’s a happy and bubbly girl this morning!

I’ve gone down the rabbit hole of sourdough starter, but it’s gluten free. Day 3 and she’s doing what’s she’s supposed to be doing. I followed the instructions for King Arthur GF Bread Flour sourdough starter.
