If you wouldn't share BTS from Patreon that Vico requests not to be shared, this is no different. It's still work from the cast and crew (that is often under contractual restrictions, too). That doesn't change because it's Amy and not HBO (or ReedPop, or any other con) that's paying the bills.

This rule came about because after TNUC, people took it upon themselves to fully transcribe panels, *without asking permission*. Part of how these events pay for themselves is VOD access after the fact, for a period of time. Otherwise these events wouldn't exist and the cast wouldn't get paid.
