I'm portuguese, I'm biased, but I think Almeida gets great results for the team he is given. Julius f*ing Johansen? Seriously? A guy that came from small portuguese conti team, and Vegard Stake Laengen? Jan Christen seems to be a good guy, but he is mostly focused on himself to be honest...
