The raw material is also sourced domestically. I was addressing the potential shortage aspect of TP.
As for the extra cost possibility, it's a low dollar item and you save little dollars storing a 6 month supply.

A large portion comes from Canada, but I don't have the percentage. Personally I don't think there will be a shortage of TP unless people hoard a 6 month supply. On the other hand if it's made in China products I'd buy it now. , cuz come July school supplies probably in short supply.

The Math isn't Mathing, they failed 4th grade arithmetic.
If current imports stay at 2024 levels (which is doubtful) the potential savings would be $857, and that's less than estimated total cost increase of $3,000.

For reference the majority of TP is made domestically. The covid TP shortage was caused by the production allocation to TP for industrial/office. They had to switch production lines to household use TP. Thus the shortage.
