It's really sad when elected representatives don't understand the difference in percentages or rates versus count.

There are more effective and efficient ways to stop people and drugs from illegally entering the country, remove the desire:
a) Eliminate jobs - Hold employers responsible when they high undocumented people.
b) Reduce drug use - Provide serious, comprehensive drug addiction programs.
