This is what happens when a washed high school jock that never went to college goes into law enforcement because he couldn't pass the exam to sell insurance or real estate. This was clearly pre-meditated and stinks of poor judgement. He should be terminated, if not also charged with assault.

Depends on the style of beer. IPA's are really the only style where you will see a significant degradation in quality over 60-90 days. Anything else should be fine, particularly if refrigerated.
