The thing is you have make an emotional investment in winning. Tankers are simply copping out, just so that after any type of misstep/setback/loss they can say, "I told you so" to make themselves feel better. Absolutely the worst type of fan.

Two of our core leaders are Couts and Cates - both soft-spoken and nice guys. I would prefer more assertive leaders who drive the team through force of will. Cates play has seriously declined this year. It may be time to move from him while he has value. Couts?...welp...
