Needed to change one word, but otherwise, it's the same.
I designed the background in Canva with stock images (no AI) to look like a coming disaster. There are the faint impressions of storms and waves, with a somber standing human silhouette holding an umbrella. The colours are mostly greys. I stand for this, 100%. Accessibility benefits everyone, and exclusion makes life harder for everyone, except a few people at the 'top'.

If you can provide smoke breaks, wifi, AC, coffee, etc for staff/clients, you can build other accommodations into daily practice, too!
