I state this as a person who genuinely wants the best for the project, and for the people who have and used to work on it.
There has been a failure on some parts to respect some of those people, and I feel like that needs to change sooner rather than later.

Adding onto this- I've understood a common response towards some of the content is that it's there because the creator finds it funny, it's edgy humor, etc.
That doesn't excuse the actions of the creator in any way. If NU was a small project between a group of friends, that's one thing, but NU was

Even if he didn't know I was a minor (very unlikely), the fact that he didn't stop me despite being a grown ass adult.
It's the adult's responsibility to stop minors from seeing this content, and Jaiz didn't do that.

Strictly speaking in terms of Sonic.exe, the entire franchise, if you can call it that, as a whole, JC's content is official towards that, but no longer canon.
