Good. Democrats are just as corrupt and decrepit as Republicans. There are many good individuals, but the party as a whole is rotting. Democrats need young people like Mamdani to steer them back on course; to stand up for working Americans instead of their corporate donors. They earn while we burn.

Have people like you EVER taken a good, long, steamy gawk at what the Democratic Party has become and what it's been responsible for the past forty-odd years? If you did, you'd understand why so many of don't think being Democrat is all that awesome and is, in fact, a detriment at this point.
