yep they stuck together- essentially he held onto the Fairest so that she wouldn't be as torn up by the Hedge as he was and have stuck together ever since.

That would be funny if he did but nah it was just him and a boat load of determination

He pulled a Shrek- I mean I'm joking but also not really. He was assigned to escort a Fairest to be his keeper's new bride and decided he wasn't going to let that happen since she'd be miserable so he left with her through the Hedge and out of Arcadia.

Hence why it follows the keeper's title of Beautiful and Cruel- while the Ogre is beautiful he was forced to do cruel and monstrous actions as a soldier for his keeper.

Bearskins are people who are soldiers for the Fae. His Durance was definitely war but mostly just someone who dies over and over again for his keeper and whatever whims he had. Ogre I think was for mechanics since my partner likes making fighting builds. His actions are scary less so his looks.

he's actually a Bearskin Ogre- but his keeper is called the Knight Both Beautiful and Terrible who makes it a policy for all his army to be beautiful and terrible like him
