The current ideas that AI has promised has becoming unobtainium. The AI legacy learnt from this will survive but will it not be running fast headlong towards the cliff with no brakes next time.

The companies have not only priced themselves out on the hardware side but have also done the same for their potential customers. With Nvdia holding bank for most of the top tech companies. It is not looking good for the stock market.

Here is where the problem appears. Due to Nvdia floating the server side market the price memory, gpus and storage are starting to sky rocket to the point were the end users are having a hard time sourcing hardware to use AI as the cost it too much.

Software companies are struggling to make money due to the need to use the hardware data centers and the lack of ability to make the AI model affordable for both them and the end users.

Hardware data centers are spending most of their money on energy, raising the cost of the locations they're based with the local population suffering the costs too. Along with this they are also spending lots of money on cooling.
