as Lupa which as you said could mean anything but with context clues *seems* to lean towards the She-Wolf in Roman myth and I think a few other little hints which I can't remember. But *usually* OW doesn't just throw that kind of stuff around with no significance but I can't say with 100% certainty.

Yeah, though while I don't think it was technically confirmed by word of mouth from the devs. Everything we have seen (which still isn't a lot) is pointing to some form of Italian origin/culture an example being during the dev update they used the word "Redatta" which is redacted in Italian as well

I do believe that the new hero is an Italian character, so that's probably something to consider.
