These were the health guidelines they had in 2011. So how is RFK's version better? How is a vague pyramid with grains at the bottom and meat and cheese at top better than this? I mean I know that a good portion of Americans can't read past a 6th grade level, but cmon.

I don't know if the same people I follow are gonna be on here. I have so many cybersecurity posts saved on my X also. I would love to get rid of it.

I don't think I can just bulk and cut, but I just try to eat what I can in regards to protein. My body type is skinny fat.
